Thrush Boiler Manifold Pumps are designed to replace all factory mounted header pumps with the 8-bolt, 6” bolt circle for mounting on any boiler of this style. The pump includes a full diameter gasket with bolt circle for ease of installation as well as a seal kit.

Thrush Boiler Manifold Pumps are designed to replace all factory mounted header pumps with the 8 bolt, 6” bolt circle for mounting on any boiler of this style. The pump includes a full diameter gasket with bolt circle for ease of installation as well as a seal kit. Silicon-Carbide seals are available for higher temperature or longer service life. The pump is bronze construction for open or closed systems and is also available in electroless nickel plate configuration for severe hard water conditions. The pumps are available in 1/3, ½, and ¾ hp. The pump uses standard GTB replacement parts for easy parts replacement. The motor and bearing assembly have sealed bearings and never have to be oiled or greased. The motor is also resilient mounted for reliable quiet operation. The pump comes with the standard Type 21 seal, Stainless Steel shaft and external water slinger for added bearing assembly life in case of seal failure. Because of the universal machining of the bracket assembly, the Thrush Boiler Manifold Pump will replace most models on the market today.
