Replacement Tube Bundles
Thrush Co. Inc. takes pride in our work to manufacture single-wall and double-wall tube bundles for all types of heat exchangers. We have made replacement bundles for our competitors' heat exchangers. If you want fast, accurate, and dependable workmanship, complete the Replacement Tube Bundle Form and submit it to your local representative for a quote. Replacement tube bundles are made to your specific requirements -- special length, bolt pattern, tubesheet thickness, etc. We even have ½" tubing in various materials and finned tubing in various sizes. All bundles are water tested to make sure there are no leaks prior to shipment. Thrush does offer to ASME test the tube bundle in which a Partial Data Report in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 will be mailed to our Representative.
