Thrush offers pump kits known as Liquid End, Brackets Assemblies, Coupling Kits, Flange Kits, Seal Kits, and Power Frame Kits. There are replacement seal kits and bracket assemblies for pumps built when the company was owned and operated by Homer Thrush back in 1923. We may also assist you with VFD drivers and motors for any application. We offer a Purj-Pak that reduces installation and wiring time. Standard Purj-Paks include the required zone valves, low-voltage thermostat connection on the boiler, provision for easy purging and a threaded female adapter to connect to a return pipe. Dip tubes will replace boiler fittings at the flow valve on continuous operation systems. Vent Tees are with the most air space, not just an elbow with a vent added. Universal Tees with manual vent saves installation time change from manual to automatic venting in seconds. Thrush's Tank Drains are installed in any system tank to make tank draining quick and thorough. It restricts gravity flow of water, which lowers tank-working temperature because of less flow through the tank and less re-absorption occurs. Thrush's Flow Guides are also known as suction diffusers. Our special fabricated back pull out design is for easy installation and cleaning. The Flow Guide has a strainer to assist in the removal of debris from the water source, a vain to maintain the water flow, and can be a pipe reducer. Thrush's Flow Guides come in 175psi working pressure, 300psi working pressure, and ASME style. We also offer cast iron back pull out suction diffusers. Flex Connectors are designed to eliminate vibration, excessive noise, thermal growth and misalignment of all piping systems. Rubber Expansion Joints are to solve severe noise and vibration problems. Thrush's Universal Bracket Assembly fits our GT, GTB, and MP pumps. It also fits Armstrong Series 1050 pumps utilized on boiler manifolds.
