Tank Heat AssembliesThrush Co. Inc. manufactures single-wall or double-wall constructed tank heater bundles and tank heater nozzles. Tank heater bundles standard construction consists of steel tubesheet, ¾" o.d. 20 gauge copper tubes, and brass baffles. The tank heater bundle can have a U-Stamped with Partial Data Report in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1. The tank heater nozzle assemble construction consists of steel nozzle, cast iron head, gaskets, nuts, and bolts. The tank heater nozzle is U-Stamped with Partial Data Report in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1. Thrush offers various materials that can be substituted from the standard construction of either the tank heater bundle or the tank heater nozzle assemble. Even though these items are not in stock, we will deliver them exceptional lead time and workmanship.
