GT/GTB Stock and Custom In-line Circulator
  • 1/12 horsepower through 3/4 horsepower.
  • Up to 125 psi working pressure + 300° F pumping temperature.
  • Standard iron bronze fitted, or all bronze construction.
  • 1800 RPM open drip proof motors standard.
  • 500,000 HR AFBME B-10 bearing design. GTs are not base mounted.

In-line Centrifugal Pumps
 Thrush vertical in-line pumps are designed to mount in the pipe line to reduce space, materials, and installation time. Center line suction and discharge keep weight evenly balanced and distributed upon the piping.
TV 2g - Vertical In-Line
  • 1/2 horsepower through 20 horsepower.
  • Up to 300 psi working pressure + 300° F pumping temperature.
  • Bronze fitted or all bronze construction, suction/discharge gauge tappings.

End-Suction Pumps

 When selecting an e300 series pump, there is a larger portion of the pump curve in which selection can be made at or near the best efficiency point, resulting in lower HP requirements. For a given flow and head condition, the selected e300 pump is likely to be smaller than conventional pumps.

Stock Duplex
Booster Systems

 Pressure regulation is controlled on stock simplex and duplex booster systems with Thrush's own Boostrol™ valve, which regulates and maintains a constant pressure regardless of fluctuating supply pressure or changing flow demands. The Boostrol™ valve is also field adjustable to meet the application, and is a check valve that prevents water from flowing back into the suction piping when the booster reaches no-flow shut-down.
DCP - Duplex Commercial Pressurizer
  • Dual 3, 5, and 7 1/2 horsepower pumps.
  • Up to 200 gpm and 65 psi boost OR 100 gpm and 65 psi boost with 100% stand-by capability.
  • Factory pre-set to average design conditions.
  • Auto pump alternation.

Heat Exchangers

 Thrush heat exchangers are constructed from a wide variety of materials under an approved quality control program in accordance with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. Each unit is manufactured, tested, and "U" stamped to ASME Code requirements under Section VIII Division 1 and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger - U-tube style

Tubing options: Copper (single or double wall), Cupro/Nickel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel.

"U" Bend Construction
  • 150 psig working pressure @ 375° F standard (400 psig @ 400° F optional).
  • Steam to Water or Water to Water (2 or 4 pass).
  • 4" to 26" diameter, 2' to 10' long.
Straight Tube Construction
  • Steam to Water, 4 pass, 125 psig working pressure @ 295° F.
